Rehab Jigsaw has extensive experience completing Immediate Needs Assessments and undertaking case management with both adults and children who have sustained a personal accident or injury.
Rehab Jigsaw is able to accept both single and joint instructions from solicitors and insurers.
Our Occupational Therapists recognise that Case management (CM) is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes.
Throughout the Case Management process, we work holistically with a client and their families to achieve their goals. Our Occupational Therapists are dual trained in both physical and psychological medicine. Our work is client-centred and goal orientated. We assess all of the needs of our clients, including physical, psychological, social and environmental. We make recommendations to assist adults and children back towards a better quality of life. We enable a greater participation in home, leisure, school and vocational activities and understand the impact illness and injury can have on those around you.
Our support can make a real difference to overcoming the effects of disability, regardless of their cause, to enable people to carry out everyday tasks or occupations.
